Chili’s LINC 10.7.3

LINC is an app that provides Chili’s Team Members with immediate access to job-related training, communications, and broadcast videos, among other resources. With the LINC app, leaders can also monitor their team’s performance on modules and other learning activities.

In order to use LINC, Chili’s Team Members need a valid HotSchedules username and password. It is strongly recommended to have a Wi-Fi connection to avoid using cellular data.

Please note that downloading and using the LINC app is entirely optional. If you would rather not install or use it on your personal device, you can inquire with your leader about accessing the LINC app on your restaurant’s designated training iPad.
